Holding an Event Management Certificate from George Washington University, her experience in working with non-profits, corporations and government agencies makes her a highly experienced specialist in the industry for both public and private sectors. After successfully planning and implementing numerous events that hosted U.S. elected officials, celebrities and foreign dignitaries, Starvel knows firsthand that excellence isn’t an option—it’s a must.
